Privacy Policy

ABH Federal LLC collects the minimum information needed to respond to your inquiry. This page documents what we collect, how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and how to reach us if you want it removed.

What we collect

When you submit the teaming or contact form, we receive only what you type:

  • Name and/or business name (one is required, both are accepted)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • City (optional)
  • Your message

We do not use analytics that fingerprint visitors, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or session-replay tools. No cookies are set by this site for any purpose other than what Vercel and Cloudflare set for spam/abuse prevention on the form.

What we don't accept

Do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, Personally Identifiable Information of third parties, or trade-secret material through the public contact form. The form is not a CUI-handling channel.

If you need to share procurement-sensitive material, reply to a direct email from our owner (andrew@abhfederal.com) so we can arrange an appropriate transfer mechanism (encrypted email, government-furnished SAFe, or similar).

Why we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry. Period.
  • If your inquiry leads to an active teaming or vendor relationship, your contact details may be added to our internal procurement-pipeline database so we can track opportunity correspondence.
  • We do not sell, rent, share, or syndicate any of the data you submit. We do not use it for marketing campaigns.

Sub-processors

We use the following providers to operate this site and the contact form. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments, linked here for transparency:

Retention

Active inquiries are kept in our internal procurement-pipeline database for the lifetime of the relationship plus three years, consistent with FAR 4.703 contract record retention guidance. Email logs at Resend follow their default retention (~30 days). Vercel server logs follow Vercel's default retention (~30 days).

You may request deletion of your contact record from our internal database at any time. See "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Regardless of jurisdiction, you may at any time:

  • Ask what data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion (subject to FAR contract-record retention if applicable to your inquiry)
  • Withdraw consent for future correspondence

We honor these requests within five business days of receipt.

Children

This is a federal-contracting site. Nothing on it is directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Updates to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The "Statement effective" date below is the last revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days.
